Research Achievement
It is mainly devoted to the theoretical research of ultra-low power information device units in the post-Moore era, and engaged in the functional design of low-dimensional materials, physical property regulation, device simulation and other work. He has published more than 70 papers and been cited more than 2000 times. Many achievements have been widely concerned and cited by domestic and foreign peers.
