摘要

Porous transducer-based liquid circular angular accelerometers (PTBLCAAs), designed based on the principles of fluid mechanics and electrokinetics, demonstrate promising performance in theoretical analysis. Therefore, they show great potential for application in various fields, including aerospace, robotics, machinery, and seismic studies. However, the lack of performance assessment methods has hindered a comprehensive understanding and effective utilization of the PTBLCAAs. In this paper, a comprehensive evaluation framework is presented for these angular accelerometers. The parameters that feature both static and dynamic characteristics are defined, including bias stability, sensitivity, nonlinearity, etc. The experimental equipment and calculation algorithms for these parameters are provided. Based on the proposed method, the performance of two PTBLCAAs are evaluated. The results indicate that both accelerometers exhibit high measurement ranges, wide frequency bandwidths, and relatively low noise levels.
