摘要

An increased risk of drowning incidents has accompanied the rise of beach tourism. Current life-saving services primarily rely on manual patrols, which face challenges such as attention decline and limited rescue efficiency. This study takes beach scenic area drowning prevention and life-saving services as entry points. User research was employed based on the KJ method and KANO model to analyze tourist requirements, guiding the construction of a beach life-saving service system comprising wearable devices, aquatic unmanned rescue vehicles, and service base stations. The system’s effectiveness was verified through the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE). This research focuses on tourists’ needs, experiences, and initiatives in beach rescue scenarios while promoting the development of human-machine collaborative rescue models through systematic product system construction. The study provides new insights for optimizing beach rescue services.
