摘要

Dynamic wireless power transfer (DWPT) systems using transmitting (Tx) coil arrays typically experience output power fluctuations, which introduces detrimental charging ripples in the battery. This paper proposes a CLC-S compensated dual-input single-output (DISO) circuit topology with an overlapping Tx coil structure at mitigating output power fluctuation. A systematic analysis has been conducted to evaluate the characteristics of the CLC-S compensation topologies applied in DISO system. A parameter configuration method is proposed to eliminate the influence of cross-coupling between Tx coils at resonance. The expression for the output power is derived, clarifying that the stability of the output power in the designed DISO system depends on the constant equivalent mutual inductance. An overlapping structure of arrayed coils is introduced to mitigate the fluctuation of equivalent mutual inductance. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method for power fluctuation suppression, an experimental prototype is built. During the movement, the average power output power of the prototype is 1.3kW and its output fluctuation is only 0.26kW, which reduces by 85.87% compared with the single-input-single-output system.
