Abstract
This paper uses liquid-liquid extraction and vacuum distillation to separate and purify benzylamine from microbial fermentation liquid. Dichloromethane was selected as the extractant from five organic solvents after Screening experiments. After adjusting the pH to 11 and removing suspended solids by centrifugation, the fermentation liquid was subjected to three rounds of extraction, with extraction rates of 81. 3%, 79. 1%, and 56. 4%, respectively, and a total extraction rate of 98. 3%. The vacuum distillation was carricd out at 30 °C and 0. 07 MPa vacuum, and the recovery rate of benzylamine was 94%. The established extraction-vacuum distillation process can cfficicntly extraction of benzylamine from fermentation liquid, with simple Operation, casy expansion, and high recovery rate.
