He is currently an associate professor at the School of Cyberspace Security, Beijing Institute of Technology. In 2012, he graduated from the School of Computer Science, Beijing Institute of Technology (supervisor: Liao Lejian and Zhu Liehuang, leading talents of science and technology innovation under the National 10,000 Thousand Program), was a visiting scholar at the State University of New York at Buffalo (Supervisor: Kui Ren, ACM and IEEE Fellow), and a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Computer Science, University of Auckland, New Zealand (Supervisor: Bakh Khoussainov, Member of the European Academy of Sciences).

Selected from the top 2% of global scientists in 2022 and won the 2017 IWQoS Best Paper Award.
